Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, credentials and compliance documents needed to complete the requested work.

Messaging Compliance

Clients must use WhatsApp, SMS and voice services responsibly and follow applicable laws, platform policies, consent requirements and anti-spam rules.

Payments

Project fees, service charges, platform fees and renewal charges will be shared before work begins or before renewal. Work may pause if required payments are delayed.

Content and Approvals

We may request approval for website content, message templates, campaign copy and design changes. Delayed approvals may affect timelines.

Limitation

We work to deliver reliable services, but third-party platforms, telecom networks, hosting providers and messaging platforms may affect delivery, uptime or approval timelines.
